"She Walks in Beauty" is a famous romantic poem written in 1814 by Lord Byron. The poem describes a woman as beautiful as the starry night sky. She is to the speaker the perfect balance between dark and light, possessing both inner and outer beauty.
The poem is believed to be inspired by the wife of Byron’s cousin Sir Robert Wilmot. At a party in London Byron was struck by the woman’s unusual beauty and wrote the poem the next day. George Gordon Byron (1788 – 1824), also known as Lord Byron is one of the major poets of the British Romantic era.
With the music video I wanted to show women from different cultures dancing and being their beautiful selves. I mostly used free clips from Pixabay and Pexels.

She Walks in Beauty
Poem by Lord Byron
She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes
Thus mellow'd to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair'd the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o'er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on that cheek, and o'er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!
